We’ve built an integration with online payment provider Stripe to support online payments for your invoices. You can now add an online payment option to your invoices in Rentman and let customers pay with the click of a button.

Good news for all users of Xero: You’re now able to integrate your accounting software with Rentman. You can now automatically send your invoice data to Xero and keeps your client data in sync at all times.

You can now choose to automatically send signed documents to the signee.
Customize your default file names and email subjects
You can now edit the default subject line of your emails and the file name of your documents.
Set up your own ledger accounts
Set up your own ledger account in Rentman to create a better overview of your finances.
Multiple currencies for your financial documents
You’re now able to display different currencies on your financial documents. Determine your own conversion rate for each document and all the prices will be converted accordingly.

Multiple number series
We added the option to use multiple number series within Rentman. This makes it easier to, for example, keep track of documents for different brands under the same company or to distinguish between rental and sales invoices.
