If you activate your account, you’ll carry on using Rentman as usual. If you choose not to activate, your trial will automatically stop and you won’t be charged.

For QR codes, crew can use their existing smartphones. For RFID, you'll need RFID tags and compatible readers, which we can help you source.
No, there are no limits on inventory items. You can track as much equipment as your business needs.
Crew get free access to the Rentman mobile app where they can view digital packing lists, scan QR codes, see equipment photos and handling instructions, and update item status in real-time.
RFID scanning is built directly into Rentman rather than connected through third-party software. This means you contact our support team when issues arise, not multiple vendors who blame each other.
