No. Support and learning resources are included in every license, and most teams set up Rentman by themselves. Book a service when you want the configuration done with you.
Each service lists who it’s for. New to Rentman? Start with onboarding or training. Already set up? Look at technical services or a consultation.
We confirm the service fits your situation, then schedule it. If it isn't the right fit, we'll point you to what is.
Our services are delivered online, so your team gets the same expert help wherever you're based. On-location sessions are possible by exception only, on request and subject to availability, location, and additional costs.
The ideal group size is up to 6 participants per online session, as this allows the right balance of exercises and Q&A. More than 6 participants per session is not supported, as it reduces the quality of the learning experience.
Wait times are usually around 2 weeks, though they may be longer during busy periods such as the start of the year. Last-minute or same-week requests cannot be guaranteed, but we will accommodate short-notice requests whenever possible.
Some do. Our API and document template consultations guide your own developer. Other technical services, like bulk distance calculation, we run for you.
No. Training and consultations are only available for non-legacy licenses, as legacy workspaces lack key features required for effective sessions. If you’d like to book, you’ll need to upgrade first. Mention this in the request form and we’ll follow up to help.
