About Pronto Evento
Founded in 2023, Pronto Evento S.R.L.S. set out to become Sicily's leading provider for inflatable rentals, attractions, and event equipment. From day one, the focus was on innovation, service quality, and sustainability, building an operation capable of handling a high volume of events without cutting corners on standards.
Over the years, they've grown their catalogue and built partnerships with animation agencies, businesses, and public institutions, always with reliability and safety at the core of how they work.
The challenge: growing fast with the wrong tools
By the time Pronto Evento started scaling, the cracks in their setup were hard to ignore. Information was scattered across spreadsheets, chats, and different tools. Knowing what equipment was actually available, especially on busy weekends, required manual checks and cross-referencing. Quotes took far too long to put together. And as the number of events grew, so did the risk of mistakes.

Finding the right solution
The team at Pronto Evento went looking for something built for rental businesses, not just a quoting tool, but a proper operational platform. After searching on Google and comparing options, they chose Rentman.
Two things stood out. First, the platform covered everything end-to-end: inventory, availability, planning, logistics, and documents in one place. Second, and important for a team operating entirely in Italian, Rentman had solid support for the Italian language, making adoption straightforward for the whole team.

- Event planning: Calendar, workload, crew, and vehicles are coordinated from one view. When an event is confirmed, logistics move immediately.
- Customizable quotes & documents: The commercial process is faster and more consistent, making it easier to respond to clients quickly and professionally.
- Logistics coordinations: Deliveries, pickups, and material prep are organized in Rentman, which means fewer surprises on event day.
- Client records and history: Useful for recurring clients, agency partnerships, and working with public institutions.
Rentman serves as the foundation for Pronto Evento's wider tool stack, with Zapier connecting it to their tools for CRM, invoicing, and communication, keeping data consistent across the whole operation.
The results
In 2025, Pronto Evento completed over 500 projects, and they're expecting 30% growth this year. Rentman has helped them keep up with that rapid growth.

What's next
