“More than just a vendor, Rentman is a partner. It’s a critical tool for our daily operations.”

  • Back to stories

TwincamPro is a Spanish company specializing in audiovisual services for large-scale events. From corporate trade shows to music festivals like Primavera Sound, they manage each project with a focus on excellence, traceability, and logistical efficiency. With operations in Spain and worldwide, they required a solution that could keep pace with their growth and operational complexity. That’s where Rentman made a difference.

The challenge: Coordinating hundreds of projects with multiple variables

In 2023, TwincamPro managed over 1,000 projects, many of which consisted of dozens of sub-projects. “We had a very varied and complex workflow,” explains Pablo de la Flor, Operations Director.

“A single event can require dozens of rooms, hundreds of pieces of equipment, and specialized technical staff. We needed a tool that could keep up without slowing us down, and with precise reliability.”

At other companies I’ve worked for, processes were slower and less efficient. “We used outdated software or simply Excel. Creating a materials list took me five minutes, but entering it into the system took an hour. That was unsustainable.”

The solution: Gradual implementation of Rentman for project management

TwincamPro initially adopted Rentman at their Barcelona headquarters, and later rolled it out in Madrid. Today, they manage three warehouses within the platform: two physical and one virtual, the latter used to handle equipment logistics to and from Dubai, where Media Pro’s main headquarters are located.

“Rentman allows us to transfer between warehouses, manage QR codes, control inventory, and ensure that all equipment is correctly scanned and labeled,” says Pablo. “It also helps us avoid human errors and reduce paper usage thanks to its interactive system.”

The results: Traceability, efficiency, and scalability

Rentman has become the operational backbone of TwincamPro, enabling them to scale without losing logistical or inventory control. For a company that handles over 1,000 complex projects a year, this has been transformative.

Pablo de la Flor, Operations Director, highlights three key features that have made a real difference:

  • Cross-platform access and real-time inventory tracking: “One of the things I value most is that Rentman works on any device. I can scan equipment, check inventory, or make last-minute adjustments from my phone, wherever I am, at the warehouse, at a setup, or on the move.” This flexibility has been crucial, even on weekends, allowing on-call staff to respond to urgent requests without relying on handwritten notes.
  • Controlled editing of equipment lists: The TwincamPro team works collaboratively on the same projects. Line-level locking prevents data from being accidentally overwritten once the warehouse has begun preparing the equipment. “Before, it happened that someone would change the list while the order was already being assembled. Now, that doesn’t happen,” Pablo explains. “It’s simple: if you need to add something, you just create a new line.”
  • Digital packing slip: Printed lists are a thing of the past. “With the old system, any last-minute change meant throwing away the paper and printing it all over again. Thanks to Rentman’s interactive lists, that no longer happens, and it’s saved us a lot of time, as well as reducing waste.”

Looking ahead

TwincamPro is currently undergoing ISO certification, a further step toward operational excellence. “We want to be a benchmark, not just for the volume of projects we manage, but for how we do them. And Rentman is part of that,” says Pablo.
