What makes a successful Technical Recruiter
You’ve spent at least 3 years in recruitment, with solid experience sourcing and hiring top tech talent but you’re also confident recruiting for customer-facing and commercial roles
You know your way around modern tech stacks and ideally have a network in the tech or SaaS space
You communicate clearly and confidently in English, whether you’re connecting with candidates or collaborating with colleagues
Highly organized and detail-oriented, you can manage multiple roles, timelines, and candidate journeys with ease
You’re a proactive, strategic thinker who takes ownership of hiring challenges and constantly looks for ways to improve the process
Collaboration energizes you & you love working closely with Product, Development, and People Ops to make things happen
