What makes a successful Technical Recruiter

  • You’ve spent at least 3 years in recruitment, with solid experience sourcing and hiring top tech talent but you’re also confident recruiting for customer-facing and commercial roles

  • You know your way around modern tech stacks and ideally have a network in the tech or SaaS space

  • You communicate clearly and confidently in English, whether you’re connecting with candidates or collaborating with colleagues

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, you can manage multiple roles, timelines, and candidate journeys with ease

  • You’re a proactive, strategic thinker who takes ownership of hiring challenges and constantly looks for ways to improve the process

  • Collaboration energizes you & you love working closely with Product, Development, and People Ops to make things happen

  • Your personality matches with Rentman: curious, collaborative, problem-solving, and ready to take ownership while having fun along the way

Here's a breakdown of our recruitment process; 

  • Call with recruiter about the role (30 mins) 

  • Past experience & culture interview with future manager (60 mins) 

  • Take-home assignment (max 120 mins) 

  • Final skills interview at our office (60 mins)
