What makes a successful Senior People Business Partner
You bring 5+ years of experience in People/HR roles, with at least a few years as a People Partner, HRBP, or similar strategic position
You’ve supported managers and teams in a fast-growing environment, ideally within SaaS or tech
You’re confident navigating topics like performance, team dynamics, talent development, engagement, and change management
You communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently in English across all levels of the organization
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of detail or long-term goals
You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable challenging ideas or assumptions when needed
You thrive on collaboration & relationship-building, you are great at connecting people and bringing clarity
Your personality matches Rentman: curious, collaborative, problem-solving, and ready to take ownership while having fun along the way
