Yes. You'll need an active sPAIEctacle account in addition to Rentman Crew Pro to connect the two systems.
Once your crew is matched and your planning data is synced, sPAIEctacle generates the DPAE and sends it to URSSAF. You trigger the sync from the Crew Planner in Rentman.
Simply re-sync from the Crew Planner. Any confirmed updates or new plannings will be sent to sPAIEctacle, creating a new contract and DPAE.
