Mission of this role
As a Senior Product Manager at Rentman, you drive the success of our customers and our business by ensuring we build the right features—solutions that solve real problems and deliver true value. You own your product: from discovery to delivery, aligning closely with your development team (4-6 developers and QA) to ship improvements that matter.
You’ll gain a deep understanding of our customers, market, and product capabilities to shape the product vision, define the roadmap, and prioritise the most impactful work. Through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder input, you make smart, bold decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term goals.
You think in outcomes, not outputs, and are comfortable turning complex problems into clear, actionable steps. You’ll guide the team across sprint execution, backlog refinement, and strategic roadmap planning—directly impacting how event and production professionals run their businesses worldwide.
At Rentman, we value curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. Mistakes are part of learning, and we work smart, as a supportive team that builds a platform our customers love.
