At Rentman, we work in English as the common language and we have a very flat hierarchy. We are currently growing so we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager.
Mission Of This Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the messaging, positioning, and user adoption of new features, driving demand and revenue for Rentman’s products in key markets.
In this role, your work will center around customer interviews, competitor research, and close collaboration with product teams to assess the impact of product updates. You’ll turn these insights into content that speaks directly to end users, while providing commercial teams with targeted market insights and sales enablement tools. You will be part of the Product Marketing & Retention team, positioned centrally within Rentman’s product, customer experience, sales, and marketing departments.
What You'll Do:
Develop and refine Rentman’s messaging and positioning to clearly communicate the value of our products to key customer segments
Build a strong understanding of customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes across our key markets and industries and educate other departments on the findings
Identify the user value of new features, craft impactful messaging, and execute feature and product launches to drive awareness and adoption
Lead product marketing content development, creating compelling and persuasive content to support product positioning, feature launches, and customer engagement
Support our go-to-market (GTM) product initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and rollout strategies
Own our competitive intelligence, keeping track of industry trends & competitors and sharing key insights with the commercial team
Keep all product documentation—internal and external—up to date, ensuring clear value propositions that align with brand standards
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, such as competitive battle cards, pitch decks, and training resources, to improve win rates in top-priority markets
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS
Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Highly organized, analytical, and goal-driven
Team player who enjoys engaging with the marketing teams as well as other departments
Bonus points for:
Experience in the event/media production industry and/or Experience in a product-led SaaS company
Knowledge of Product-Led Growth
