The History Log not only gives you the ability to spot mistakes, but also the option to see the activity of colleagues for clear communication. Ask your colleague about added alternative items, if it was done out of convenience or if it was done on the customer’s wish.
This History Log groups all project-related actions per user and per hour. Let’s say someone gave a discount to a project, you can track who did it, what the old discount was, and to what it was changed. You can find more information about this in our Support Article.
