At Rentman, we work in English as the common language and we have a very flat hierarchy. We are currently growing so we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager.
Mission Of This Role:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the messaging, positioning, and user adoption of new features, driving demand and revenue for Rentman’s products in key markets.
In this role, your work will center around customer interviews, competitor research, and close collaboration with product teams to assess the impact of product updates. You’ll turn these insights into content that speaks directly to end users, while providing commercial teams with targeted market insights and sales enablement tools. You will be part of the Product Marketing & Retention team, positioned centrally within Rentman’s product, customer experience, sales, and marketing departments.
What You'll Do:
Build a strong understanding of customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes across our key markets and industries
Identify the user value of new features, craft impactful messaging, and launch initiatives to boost feature awareness and user adoption
Keep all product documentation—internal and external—up-to-date, with clear value propositions that align with brand standards
Create and maintain competitive battle cards and other sales materials to improve win rates in top-priority markets
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS
Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Highly organized, analytical, and goal-driven
What You'll Get:
An ambitious, young, inclusive (and awesome) international team
A competitive salary (+8% holiday benefit)
A “13th month” annual bonus based on company results
25 days of paid vacation
Flexible WFH policy & work from anywhere for 4 weeks a year
A shiny Windows, Linux or Mac of your choice
An annual training budget to boost your skills
A pension plan via BrightPensioen
Sports activities (Rentman football team, squash and padel) and a Onefit fitness subscription
An OV Business card if you live further than 10km away from the office
A flexible and engaging work environment with free lunches, office perks (PS5, Ping Pong, D&D), legendary karaoke parties, and various team activities
A paid 4-week sabbatical after 5 years to go on an adventure
An amazing office in the heart of Utrecht, Netherlands, at the historical Drift 17
Our Process:
Excited? Because we are!
The more we get to know you and why you applied for this job, the better your chances.
The first interview is an introductory chat with our recruitment team to see if there is a potential match. If we both agree this is the case, you will meet our Product Marketing & Retention Team Lead. Next, you’ll have a chance to showcase your skills in an assessment. After the assessment, a third interview will follow with colleagues from the team you will join so you can get a great feel for the culture and values of Rentman.
