At Rentman, we work in English as the common language and we have a very flat hierarchy. We are currently growing so we are looking for a Senior Product Marketer - Self-Serve Activation.
Mission Of This Role:
As our Senior Product Marketer - Self-Serve Activation, your mission is to optimize and accelerate the self-serve user journey, helping new leads and users to seamlessly experience Rentman’s value from trial through to paid conversion and beyond. You’ll play a central role in driving product activation, adoption, and upgrades, ensuring users quickly reach key milestones and stay engaged. This position is pivotal in increasing product adoption, driving retention, and maximizing the lifetime value of our 250,000+ users. If you’re passionate about crafting seamless user journeys, taking ownership, and collaborating with a driven, curious team, this role might be perfect for you.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and refine campaigns that guide new users through the product’s core features, helping them experience “aha” moments early and often
Create and iterate on retention and educational content, ensuring that new users integrate Rentman’s products into their daily workflows
Build and scale automated campaigns to promote upgrades and cross-sell opportunities to highly engaged users
Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify potential churn risks and improvement opportunities
Manage and optimize referral programs to increase user advocacy and expand Rentman’s community
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success in a B2B SaaS environment
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Strong understanding of product-led growth strategies and customer journey mapping
Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage customer data to inform strategic decisions
Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with the event/media production industry
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Background in customer success or onboarding
Knowledge of onboarding tools (e.g., Appcues, Intercom, Userpilot)
Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)

The first interview is an introductory chat with our recruitment team to see if there is a potential match. If we both agree this is the case, you will meet our Product Marketing & Retention Team Lead. Next, you’ll have a chance to showcase your skills in an assessment. A third interview will follow which will include a discussion of your assessment with the CMO and a culture discussion so you can get a great feel for the culture and values of Rentman.
