Mission of this role:

We are on a mission to revolutionise the global event and production industry with our cutting-edge SaaS solutions. As Rentman begins to scale and grow, we want to grow internationally with a specific focus on the North American Market. To do this we need to accelerate the impact of our marketing efforts by scaling the International Marketing Team. Our mission is clear: to create a data-driven marketing machine focused on predictable and substantial revenue growth. Therefore we're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who, alongside the CMO, is ready to drive change and lay the foundation for a data-driven marketing strategy.


Your impact:

In this position you are vital for the (commercial) success of the company by enabling the team to make (date) informed decisions on both budget as results, work with an accurate named account list and have a fluent marketing and sales process. You will be the internal "Champion" on "how to become data-driven" with responsibilities on budget management, campaign management and result tracking. Next to this you are making impact by owning the MarTech stack and all technical components and integrations. Within this role you work closely with the rest of the marketing team (digital, brand & comms + product marketing), a data engineer and commercial teams on creating a data infrastructure which will allow us to accelerate further our Product Led Growth internationally. 


What you’ll do:

  • Be the compass for the marketing team and leadership by delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Ensure 100% accuracy on result and budget tracking on all marketing initiatives by owning marketing budget, campaign codes, GTM, event tracking etc. 

  • Own and continuously optimize all definitions, processes and workflows the lead process and marketing funnel. 

  • Fully implement attribution management and create attributed insights on the revenue impact of campaigns, channels, and touchpoints.

  • Define and develop and ICP definition and esatablish a named account database of our ICP prospects/accounts. 

  • Work closely with the Data Engineer to set-up a data lake which will allow cross-functional insights.  

  • Contribute to a cross-functional team aimed at optimizing the self-service flow aimed at reducing time-to-value free trials.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in a Marketing Operations, Intelligence or Engineering role.

  • Analytical surplus with Master in Data Analytics, Engineering, BIM etc. 

  • B2B Saas experience is a hard requirement. 

  • Product-Led Growth experience a nice to have.

  • Technically very proficient - affinity with code is a plus.

  • Extensive experience working with a broad marketing technology stack preferably :  HubSpot, Attribution Management platform (Hockeystack), Drift, GA4 and a product analytics tool.   

  • Experience and skilled to lead change management and work directly with C-suite or Investors.
