We are currently on an intriguing journey in recruitment. We recently hired our first dedicated recruiter for tech positions, and now we are seeking our second dedicated recruiter. In this role you will focus on attracting commercial talent in the Netherlands and Canada. As we are still building the plane while flying it, this is an exciting opportunity to join a recruitment team in its early stages and grow in your role as we expand the team and the company. You'll gain a thorough understanding of our operations, and your actions will have a direct impact.
What you’ll do
With your drive, curiosity, and excellent communication skills, you'll find and attract new colleagues in all possible ways: online databases, tools, events, job boards, referrals, and social media.
You’ll network and maintain relationships with key communities for the short and long term opportunities.
You'll partner with our hiring managers to understand their mission and to make them hire with confidence.
You’ll manage the process from beginning to end and keep everyone informed while you’re at it. Both candidates and hiring managers love working with you.
You are a “culture gatekeeper” to make sure candidates we hire match and add to our company culture.
You’ll join team projects to keep improving our processes and ways of working.
What you bring
We are looking for someone who has already dipped their toes into the world of recruitment and is now ready to dive in fully. You love connecting with people, you have a knack for spotting talent, and you thrive in dynamic environments. More important to us than years of experience is that you are eager to learn and dedicated to becoming the best recruiter out there (we will support and cheer for you along the way). You must have a thing for tech, love exploring new tools, and enjoy discovering the latest hot new Chrome extensions or AI bots to improve productivity. Is this you?
