We are looking for a UX/UI designer that brings our user experience to the top level. We put our users first at Rentman. That’s why we’re constantly pushing for new innovations and improvements that will make their daily working lives easier.

In this role you will work closely with another UI/UX designer, product owners, developers and other stakeholders to improve our application and implement new features in the most user-friendly way. You’ll be able to shape how customers work with our software and you’ll be responsible for conceiving, creating and delivering the best UX/UI.

Your responsibilities

Transform conceptual ideas into designs
Create mockups, prototypes, and pixel perfect interface designs
Display meticulous attention to detail and ensure consistency across all platforms
Present and share your work in a compelling and convincing way in front of key stakeholders
Manage multiple projects in an agile way to deliver on time
Take an active role in setting up user tests and gathering user feedback
Collaborate on and improve our Figma Design system and keep it aligned with the application
Safe-guarding the balance between consistency vs tailor made designs for specific workflows

About you

Graduated in either Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Digital Product Design or similar
Have at least 1 year of experience in a UX/UI design role - designing online applications or SaaS is a plus
Are proficient in Design tools and Prototyping tools, like Figma (preference), Sketch, Adobe XD, or others
Have fluent English proficiency
Love the challenges of solving complex UX puzzles
Understand what comes to play in web development and are familiar with code
Are able to empathize with users to understand their problems and needs
Actively participate in the development teams, in and outside Scrum events
Are excited to implement our existing look and feel but you're also filled with creativity and ideas, and you have the communication skills to put them forward.
Are not afraid of receiving and giving critique and see it as a means to improve the experience for the use
