For the Customer Success team, there is nothing more important than creating value for our customers. As Teamlead for the Customer Success team, you play a key role in creating this! As Teamlead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CS team. You train and coach them by sharing your CS knowledge and help them to further develop their professional skills. You understand better than anyone that their growth also contributes to the team, the vibe and therefore the value for our customers!
The Customer Success team is one of our newest teams and consists of 5 colleagues working together internationally; from our HQ in Utrecht, from Germany and from Toronto. You make sure this new, hybrid and international team works together the best, learns from each other's best practices and create an outstanding team vibe. You ensure that the entire team achieves individual and team targets in a happy way and work to improve the team’s knowledge level, identify growth potential and onboard new employees.
Next to that, you focus on improving the relationship with our customers worldwide as a Customer Success Manager. You help our customers to get the best out of the software, help them with switching to the new licence structure and look for upselling opportunities. With your language skills, you will help English speaking customers and customers for another focus language (can be Spanish, French, German, Dutch or Italian). Together with the entire team, you create success stories and establish our market leader position in customer satisfaction!
What you are going to do
Together with the department manager, you coach the Customer Success team with their day-to-day activities
With your Customer Success knowledge, you reshape internal processes and put your own stamp on the onboarding strategy for the CSM team
Give our customers a smooth journey from after-sales to onboarding and create engaging customer success stories
Get customers on our new license structure
Coach customers with implementation and use new features to get the best value out of using Rentman software
Proactively reach out to customers and develop strong relationships with them
Work on customer success plans, product education and improvement suggestions. Customer feedback is what makes our product even better!

What we are looking for
Native-level English communication skills
A second language: Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch or French on a professional level
At least 2-4 years experience in customer success or account management
Experience in leading and coaching a team
An eye for detail: you notice small but important things
A collaborative and resourceful approach with a “can do” attitude
You love customers and know how to maintain and improve relationships
Someone who is living in the Netherlands or willing to relocate, we can't provide visa sponsorship for this position
