Rentman helps event service companies streamline their activities. Operating across multiple teams, you will shape the future of Rentman’s presence within the Russian speaking markets.

As Russian Account Manager you will be responsible for the growth of our product in Russian speaking markets. In this role you will collaborate closely with support, sales, and product, to identify new market opportunities and make sure that (new) users get the most value out of our product. This could mean that you would work on setting up new marketing campaigns, while also advising customers how to get the most out of Rentman.


  • Raise awareness for our solution by identifying marketing opportunities and developing campaigns from start to finish, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Map out the needs of interested companies and determine if Rentman would be a good fit.
  • As the first point of contact for Russian speakers you will handle the full sales cycle from onboarding to active user.
  • Become an expert in our product and give proactive support to our Russian users to help them get to success.
  • Map out the needs of Russian users and inform our product team on development opportunities.

What you should have

  • At least one year of working experience in account management or business development.
  • Native Russian speaker with great communication skills, both verbally as in writing.
  • A great team collaborator, being able to work across teams.
  • You can work on multiple projects at the same time with the ability to assess and prioritize projects that support growth.
  • Tech savvy and ability to assess and solve client needs and communicate solutions in a clear way.
  • It’s a plus you're familiar with Google Ads, Yandex Ads, and Mailchimp.
