We are looking for a Product Owner responsible for the implementation of new features and product improvements for the Rentman software. You manage the backlog of one of the products and make sure functionality of developed features is on point. You communicate with our users and internal stakeholders to constantly make sure you understand our user's problems and needs.
We put our users first at Rentman. That’s why we are constantly pushing for new innovations and improvements that will make their daily working lives easier. In this role you will work closely with developers, designers, other product owners and the product manager to improve the product in the most user-friendly way. With your scrum team you make sure you build a minimal valuable product and plan next iterations in collaboration with the launching customers for this feature.
As Product Owner at Rentman you will have the freedom, but also the responsibility, to decide the next cool feature to add to your product. You will not be wasting your time defending your roadmap from many ‘great’ ideas from internal or external shareholders. We believe that talking to our users yourself will get you the best input to make your decisions.

We are looking for organized people that love to work in teams, are tech savvy, data minded and can break down problems into actionable steps. You should be able to balance your focus between now (sprint), next (backlog) and later (roadmap).
In close collaboration with the product manager, you own the product roadmap and development of one of Rentman’s software products or modules
Work with launching customers and conduct user tests to understand what needs to be done to drive the adoption of the product and its features
Continuously improve the usability and overall user experience of our products
Engage and deliver in the product making decisions based on data and experience to reach company, team and product goals and KPIs
Manage the understanding, visibility, and accessibility of the roadmap to the development team and internal stakeholders

What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
At least 3 years working experience as a product owner (preferably at a SaaS software company) and experience with software product development methodologies (like Scrum)
Good communication skills in English
Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear manner, both verbally and in writing
Ability to collaborate across teams and effectively multi-task with attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
