As Rentman's Product Marketer, your objective is to maximize the market impact of new product releases and our current products. You make sure customers and colleagues understand new products and features and the value it adds for our customers. You develop the best go-to-market strategy, own the positioning and messaging of the product launch and get team efforts aligned.

As Product Marketer you keep a good eye on the market and research the needs of our target group. You know our customers and competitors like the back of your hand and you identify trends in the market to help develop our product's value proposition. With this knowledge, you translate the customer wishes and market insights to a go-to-market strategy and messaging. The whitepaper on how to launch a new feature is written by you, keeping all the market data and insights in mind. Together with our Content Specialist, you develop content for the launch and monitor performance post-launch. 

You will join our international marketing team of 5, located in the Utrecht office, and work closely together with the product team. We look for people that are result-driven, innovative, and great team players. We aim to work smart, creative, and with great collaboration to build a platform that our customers love. 

What you will do

Go-to-market strategy

  • Work closely together with the Product team on the discovery process, knowing why we build things
  • Create value propositions and messaging
Project management 
  • Project manage the product launch plans, making sure everyone -cross-functional- is aligned and up to date 
  • Develop metrics to measure the success of product launches, own reporting, and monitor performance post-launch
  • Create product marketing toolkit and work on campaigns for new feature releases
  • Develop and maintain product marketing toolkits, making sure that Customer Experience and Sales have all the materials they need to help making a new feature or product launch a success  
  • Validate product positioning so we know we are on the right track and look for new growth opportunities

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS/software solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of, and experience with, digital marketing or content marketing
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken proficiency 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - you understand the value of storytelling 
  • You are a results-driven, analytical and forward-thinking
  • Bonus points if you have proven knowledge of or a background in the AV / Event service industry or with product development
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
