We’re on a mission to drive our company’s growth. As Paid Media Specialist, you play a pivotal role in achieving this mission, by creating a consistent stream of high-quality leads through paid media campaigns.

As Paid Media Specialist, your main goal is to generate a steady flow of qualified leads through various paid digital marketing channels, including paid search, display, paid social and comparison website advertising. You are responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of these channels. By focussing on optimizing paid campaigns, A/B testing new campaigns for go-to-market initiatives and improving performance and CRO of landing pages, you will generate leads and increase lead conversion.

What does your team look like?

The team is amazing! Lead by our Head of Marketing, who's looking at long term strategy to grow Rentman even more. Ricardo and Reggie facilitate our product’s journey to the market, while Masha and Rares are working on engaging content. Rebecca knows all about measuring marketing performance and data analysis and Chloe works her magic on tradeshows, translations and marketing support. All of them are hustling hard while at work, while there is always room for fun and some laughter going on!

What you will do

  • Manage paid media channels
    • Maintenance and optimization of campaigns: search terms, keywords, audience targeting

    • Plan, test and implement new ads and find what’s successful by experimenting with different ads

    • Analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth

    • Oversee and manage the overall budget for paid media

  • Set up a framework to track and measure the performance of paid media channels and report on it

  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
    • Oversee and report on conversion rates per landing page

    • A/B test different landing pages to understand and discover what works the best

  • Align with internal and external stakeholders on CRO initiatives, messaging, visuals, keyword insights and website improvements

What we are looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Marketing or Communications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media marketing and CRO

  • You know how to handle a budget of 180k

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Proven successful in B2B lead generation using paid media (Google Ads, social ads, Capterra etc)

  • Fluent English language skills

  • A strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Strong analytical skills, goal driven, creative and agile
