As office & lunch assistant you will be working closely with the office manager to make our office run smoothly and to keep the employees happy. Next to that you will be supporting the day-to-day activities with office related tasks.
Rentman is an international software company. Our cloud-based software is currently being used in over 70 countries by companies who are active in the events in entertainment industry. Our company consists of more than 80 professionals working from Utrecht, Toronto and Colombo. You will be working from our headquarters in Utrecht, which is a beautiful monumental building located at the city centre. Our Utrecht office counts over 30 different nationalities so that makes for a very diverse and interesting environment.
Your responsibilities exist out of the following
Keeping track of our inventory and making sure all office supplies are present
Ordering groceries, drinks and snacks
Preparing and cleaning up the lunch from Monday till Thursday
Support in the organization of events
Opening the door for guests and welcome them to our amazing office
What will you get?
A part time position for about 16 hours week
Salary of around 2200 to 2500 gross p/m (based on 40 hours)
13th month in the shape of a company result based bonus
25 vacation days (based on 40 hours)
Sabbatical of 4 weeks with a 5 year employment
