Are you good with tech and a people-person? Our Utrecht-based software company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for talented individuals to join us on that journey. On top of our wishlist: a full time Support Specialist for the Italian market. You will be part of a young international team and the go-to helper to our Italian speaking customers. Additionally, you will also provide some assistance to our English-speaking users. Whether it is a DJ using Rentman for the first time to plan his gigs or a customer with a more technical question about customizing quotes, your mission is to get them putting the phone down with a solution and the feeling that you had their back. Every question is an opportunity to strengthen our relationship and improve their satisfaction. 

 

What will you do

  • Provide online and telephone technical support to our Italian and English speaking customers.

  • Assist new customers with the implementation of our software solution.

  • Identify product problems and discuss about a possible solution with the sales and development team.

  • Expand our Support Center with useful articles and tutorials.

  • Suggest internal process improvements.

What you should have

  • A Bachelor/Master diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and confidence in a customer-facing environment.
  • Social, supportive and a team player.
  • Native or fluent Italian proficiency.
  • Fluent English proficiency (office language).
  • Previous experience with customer support (at a tech company) is a plus.
