We look for a IT Customer Support Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for our German customers. Together with the Support team you offer support and represent Rentman to our customers, but also makes sure the user is heard by the rest of the company. You will be part of an international support (we call it Customer Experience) team. Next to this you are part of our DACH team, with another Support Specialist, a Customer Succes Manager, and two Sales Representatives.

We look for people that love to help people, are tech savvy, teamplayers and able to break down problems into actionable steps. What you will do

  • You help our customers and answer their questions via phone, email and Zoom
  • Work on improving our customer support and workflows
  • Hosting webinars on Zoom in front of dozens of people? No problem, bring it on!

What we are looking for

  • Fluent German language skills and very good English language skills

  • Up to 1 year experience working with customers

  • HBO level of thinking

  • Zendesk certification, project management skills or experience in the AV rental or event industry is a plus
