We look for a IT Customer Support Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for our German customers. Together with the Support team you offer support and represent Rentman to our customers, but also makes sure the user is heard by the rest of the company. You will be part of an international support (we call it Customer Experience) team. Next to this you are part of our DACH team, with another Support Specialist, a Customer Succes Manager, and two Sales Representatives.
We look for people that love to help people, are tech savvy, teamplayers and able to break down problems into actionable steps. What we are looking for
Fluent German language skills and very good English language skills
Up to 1 year experience working with customers
HBO level of thinking
Zendesk certification, project management skills or experience in the AV rental or event industry is a plus
Because of Covid-19 most of us work from home and our hiring process is done via Zoom. All interviews and the assessment can be done from home. Make sure you have a good internet connection and you are good to go!
