For our team in Toronto, we are looking for an IT Customer Experience Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact with our North American customers and help them achieve their goals using our software. The CX team acts as a middleman representing the voice of the customer to the rest of the company, but also represents Rentman towards our users and community.
We are growing our presence in North America. Together with a business developer and a sales person in Toronto, you will form a new team that focusses on North America customers. Next to this, you are part of an international CX team of 12 people that works from our HQ in Utrecht.
We are looking for people that love to help our customers, are tech savvy, can break down problems into actionable steps and that take ownership for customer issues from start to finish. What you will do
Solve customer issues from start to finish, via phone, email and Zoom
You have a clear communication strategy, also in tough situations
You seize opportunities for improvement and you can act as a bridge to fill the gap
Host webinars via Zoom in front of dozens of people? No problem, bring it on!

What we are looking for
Native English speaker
Highly proactive people who are excited about joining a new team
Up to 1 year experience working with customers and preferably in a SaaS company
Zendesk certification, project management skills or experience in the AV rental or event industry is a plus
