As a Customer Success Manager at Rentman you will focus on improving the relationships with our users in Canada and the U.S. You will assist our customers in getting the best out of the software, look for upselling opportunities and make sure their onboarding goes smoothly.

The Customer Success team is one of the newest team-additions to Rentman. There is a lot to be done and room for your expertise and input on processes, workflows. We are looking for people that are passionate about customer relationships, data driven and good at breaking down problems into actionable steps.

You will be working from our office in Toronto, Canada. Here, our growing customer facing team handles the North American market. The other team you are a part of is the Customer Success team, which is located at our HQ in Utrecht (The Netherlands). You will collaborate with both teams on a daily basis.

What you are going to do

  • Whether it’s a small rental studio or a big event production business, you are in charge of giving our customers a smooth journey from after-sales to onboarding. 

  • Train customers, help them implement the software and teach them to use new features. 

  • Proactively reach out to customers and develop strong relationships with them.

  • Follow up on success plans, handle product education and improvement suggestions. Client feedback is what makes our product even better!

  • Look for opportunities to upsell additional products and services.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent English professional proficiency, both written and verbally

  • 1-3 years experience in customer success, account management or a fast-paced/ changing work environment

  • Someone who lives in Canada, preferably the GTA, or is willing to relocate within the country.

  • Curious and logical thinker: Able to quickly identify challenges that clients are facing

  • Entrepreneurial and excited about starting in our Toronto based team

  • Ideally, you have experience in the event industry or have worked in SaaS before.
