As Customer Success Manager you are responsible for improving the relationship with our French and English speaking customers worldwide. You help our customers to get the best out of the software, switching to the new licence structure and look for upselling opportunities.


The Customer Success team is one of our newest teams. There is a lot to be done and room for your input on processes and workflows. We look for people that are passionate about customer relationships, data driven and good at breaking down problems into actionable steps. You'll be part of our already awesome team working from our HQ in Utrecht.

What you are going to do

  • Give our customers a smooth journey from after-sales to onboarding

  • Get customers on our new license structure 

  • Coach customers in regards to implementation and use of new features, to allow them to get the best value out of using Rentman

  • Proactively reach out to customers and develop strong relationships with them. 

  • Work on customer success plans, product education and improvement suggestions. Customer feedback is what makes our product even better!

  • Look for opportunities to upsell our services

What we are looking for

  • Native-level French and good English communication skills, both verbally and written

  • 1 to 3 years experience customer success, account management and/or a fast-paced or changing work environment

  • A collaborative and resourceful approach with a “can do” attitude

  • You love customers and making the best of a relationship

  • Someone who is living in the Netherlands or willing to relocate
