As Customer Success Manager you focus on improving the relationship with our French speaking customers. You help our customers to get the best out of the software, help our customers with switching to the new licence structure and look for upselling opportunities.
Customer Success is in it’s beginning stages so there is still a lot to be done. We look for people that are passionate about improving customer relationships, understand customer metrics and can break down problems into actionable steps.

What you are going to do
Whether it’s an one-man company or a big event producer, you are in charge of giving our customers a smooth journey from sale to onboarding
Get customers to our new licence structure
Train customers on implementing the software and using new features
Proactively reach out to customers and develop strong relationships with them. You’ll be doing that by following up on success plans, product education and account improving suggestions. Their feedback is what makes our product even better!

What we are looking for
Native-level French and good English communication skills, both verbally and written
Experience with change management and customer success
A collaborative and resourceful approach with a “can do” attitude
Someone who is living in the Netherlands or willing to relocate
